East Main Management (“EMM,” “we,” “us”) operates eastmainmanagement.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
It applies to this website only — information you share with us as a client is governed by our engagement agreement, not this page.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form on this site — for example, to download our tools, join our email list, or book a call — we collect what you enter, which may include your name, email address, business name, country, and approximate business revenue range.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers may collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring pages. We use this in aggregate to understand how the site is used.
How we use it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Our email list is managed through Kit (kit.com). Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. You can also email us at the address below and we’ll remove you.
Service providers
We use a small number of service providers to run this site and our communications, currently including Kit (email), Google (booking calendar and workspace tools), and Netlify (website hosting). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Data retention
We keep contact information for as long as you remain subscribed or in an active conversation with us, and remove or anonymize it upon request or after extended inactivity.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. If you are located in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have these rights under applicable data protection law (including UK GDPR), along with the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email us — we don’t make you fill out forms for it.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we handle your information will be noted here.
